The Global Supply Chain Planner plays a vital role in ensuring our company has the right products, at the right places, at the right times, cost effectively. Utilizing a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and sourcing opportunities, they will optimize inventory levels at all locations around the globe, ensuring customers have access to the product they need, when they need it.

The Planner will regularly analyze data and negotiate with suppliers regarding production schedules, shipping volume, methods, and destinations, as well as raw material availability to maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet projected sales demands. An ability to construct scenarios and implement creative solutions to intricate problems is imperative, as they will routinely encounter complex items and significant supply and demand balancing constraints that financially impact the organization.

The Global Supply Chain Planner will have a Customer-Centric mindset with the supporting proficiencies to continue improving Ashley’s service to them.

This position is highly accountable for operating under minimal supervision to meet goals and objectives.

The CGI Photographer is mainly responsible for shooting product photos in production environment or studio to capture the digital materials of samples according to the requirements of CGI team. In order to support the CGI team to make realistic 3D renderings surfaces, materials and textures need to be as realistic and high quality as possible. The CGI Photographer needs to be able to handle studio or factory field light settings, DSLR cameras shooting and Photoshop software editing skills.

Work closely with product development team and CGI team together, pay special attention to workflow, deadlines and current photo standards to insure high quality photography in a timely manner.

The Global Forecast Intern is responsible for accurately forecasting products utilizing a statistical forecast system requiring strong mathematical skills. This position is also responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction rates while maintaining adequate inventory levels at each distribution center location.

This position will use multiple methods and tools to evaluate past sales history, future customer demand, customer placements and seasonality trends to predict future demand and communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers to negotiate and make recommendations to fulfill customer demands while ensuring a reasonable inventory level plan.

The Global Forecast Intern will be member of the Global Forecasting team to deliver consistent results and participate in continuous improvement project assigned by leader.

The Paint Sourcing Specialist takes full responsibility for the strategic sourcing of all paint materials used by Ashley in the Asia region, including expanding the regional paint sourcing database, dominating the whole lifecycle management of paint suppliers. Be responsible for researching and screening regional paint suppliers, formulating and implementing regional paint sourcing strategies, and conducting price negotiation with suppliers to improve painting price competitiveness. Master Ashley's paint material quality standards and testing protocols, manage paint sample verification and mass production material inspection, and ensure the safety, stability and cost optimization of Ashley's Asia regional paint supply chain.

Facilitate the logistics planning process and execution between Ashley Furniture’s ocean freight carriers and supply base. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time shipment of all Ashley Furniture purchase orders and effective use of Ashley Furniture’s allocation with the ocean freight carriers. Drive continuous improvement of Ashley’s logistics systems and processes. Using the existing data resources to create report to monitor shipping KPI’s.

Ownership of escalating issues to the Logistics Leader and to cross-functional teams globally with the ability to troubleshoot, summarize, and follow-through to resolution. Key partners include the International Logistics teams, Global Trade Management team, Supply Chain Planning team, Sourcing & Purchasing teams, In-country Supply Chain Planning/Development/Quality teams, third-party suppliers, and ocean freight carriers.

The Associate Logistics Planner plays a vital role in ensuring Ashley Furniture has products at the right place, at the right time, cost effectively. This role is responsible for the logistics planning and execution between Ashley Furniture’s logistics partners and supply base.

The Associate Logistics Planner will regularly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time shipment of all Ashley Furniture purchase orders and effective use of Ashley Furniture’s allocation with the ocean freight carriers. The Associate Planner will proactively identify risks within Ashley’s logistics plan and work to mitigate the risk.

The Associate Planner has ownership of escalating issues to cross-functional teams globally with the ability to troubleshoot, summarize, and follow-through to resolution.

Key partners include the Global Trade Management, Global Supply Chain Planning, Supplier P&IC, Sourcing & Purchasing, Product Development/Quality, third party suppliers, and air/ocean freight carriers.

The Compliance Engineer is a vital member of the Engineering team, plays a critical role in ensuring all products and processes comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The members strive to create a culture of compliance by providing guidance, training, and support to all employees, as well as establishing robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms.

    The Senior Talent Development Specialist is a vital member of the Asia Human Resources Department, tasked with spearheading talent development strategies to enhance organizational growth and individual career progression. This role involves collaborating closely with leadership to execute the Succession Planning process, craft and refine Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for both leaders and their team members. The specialist will perform thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and will be instrumental in guiding high-potential employees along their career paths.

    A strategic part of the role is to ensure the fair and effective execution of the Performance Appraisal Process by monitoring leadership actions and managing any related grievances. The Senior Talent Development Specialist is also responsible for adapting leadership training materials to resonate with a diverse, multi-cultural audience, as well as leading engaging learning workshops to foster an inclusive learning culture within the organization.

Execution and coordination of the development, delivery, facilitation, and measurement of training in local office; Assist to lead some development initiatives to support employee growth and professional development; Actively participate in ad-hoc Learning & Development projects across the organization.

The Sourcing Project Specialist is responsible for the creation and continuous optimization of the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for the whole sourcing process, comprehensively analyzing every step from requirement generation, supplier authorized, cost, delivery, and quality control, track the implementation status of sourcing projects, identifying non-value-adding activities, bottlenecks, and delays, process diagnosis, identify risk points and optimization space through process analysis and node sorting, and form optimization plans, optimizing the sourcing process, and improving sourcing efficiency.

Coordinate market research and continuous improvement. Require collaboration across all departments within CVRO office and System Team.

To work within the Design and Development Group to develop designs, coordinate design projects within the scope given.  Complete and modify furniture sketches or CAD drawings given by Team leader and Design department leader.

The Material Assurance Specialist (MAS) Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials used in furniture production meet Ashley’s quality standards. This includes on-site inspections, supplier oversight, quality issue tracking, supply chain control and coordination with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong knowledge of material properties, attention to detail, and the ability to guide suppliers toward continuous improvement.

The Cost Analyst will estimate product pricing buy calculating the cost of every individual part which composes the whole unit. It will require cross department communication between Ashley teams on design request clarification, and require visiting vendor’s factory for verifying the actual material being used.

Raw material price research for building up the product BOM, and provide cost difference analysis when the raw material price changes.

The Material Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and tracking the creation of master panels across all offices. This role involves communicating updates, change requests, and review notes related to finish panel preparation between various departments, vendors, and offices. The coordinator will also manage the finish panel and material database, oversee finish panel storage and dispatching, and develop new finishes according to designer needs.

Takes care all Packaging Engineering for Vietnam

The Industrial Engineer need to be a master of the Ashley standards and requirements. Be able to provide the technical support and trainings to the quality teams on the daily audits and process improvements, including but not limit to the sanding, gluing, whitewood assembly, jig & fixture and product finishing process, etc. 

Work closely with Quality team in Ashley vendors together, audit the processes and make sure vendor teams follow the correct process to meet Ashley standards and requirements. 

The Supplier P&IC Planner utilizes acquired knowledge of their assigned suppliers, analytical skills, and critical thinking to guide the suppliers’ production schedule, inventory strategy, and material procurement plans. The Supplier P&IC Planner monitors the production schedules and delivery performance of their suppliers, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to achieve strong on-time delivery performance, mitigate the risk of inventory issues in Ashley’s warehouses, and to achieve successful new product launches and promotions.

The Supply Chain Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the Asia Supply Chain organization to ensure our company has the right product, at the right place, at the right time, cost-effectively. The Administrator will act as a centralized contact for coordinating administrative tasks for the Supply Chain team members including arranging itineraries for travelers, preparing team information for HR, arranging supplies for the office, coordinating team building events, and more.

To be successful in this role, one must have great attention to detail with a strong understanding of work prioritization. The Administrator’s ability to anticipate needs will help to provide professional-level support to leaders across the organization, as well as partner with other professionals across Ashley’s Supply Chain organization to achieve strategic and business targets.

The ability to brainstorm and implement creative solutions to intricate problems is imperative, as the Administrator will routinely encounter rapidly changing situations and requirements to support the business needs, including projects, data validation, and certain back-up tasks, as needed.

The Supply Chain Administrator must have a Customer-Centric mindset with the supporting proficiencies to continue improving Ashley’s customer service. The Product Content - Digital Asset Coordinator will support and partner with the digital asset management and creative teams in the creation, revision, distribution, and management of all digital assets, assigned projects and daily responsibilities as they relate to the content department; as well as provide data entry and operational support to the product information systems that feed the Company’s product content database with information needed to manage the product introduction, supply chain, procurement and product lifecycles. This position requires a high attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, aesthetics, accurate product representation, and quality control of all digital assets and the data applied to them.

Support the Talent Development team in executing training and development initiatives, including coordination, material preparation, and follow-up activities. Assist in fostering a continuous learning culture by providing administrative and logistical support for learning and development programs.

The Material Quality Assurance (MQA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials used in furniture production meet Ashley’s quality standards. Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and lead continuous improvement efforts through day to day evaluation of Ashley Furniture established quality standards execution at vendors. The CI must communicate ideas and important information to the teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and lead quality improvements. Primary focus is on day to day management of vendor quality through the use of Out of Box Quality audits, management of QC activities and product performance measures.

The Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) Material Artist is responsible for creating textures of the Company and third-party products to be used throughout the Company’s sales and marketing channels. This artist is a master in high-volume and quality production using Substance Designer and photoshop.

This position is focused on providing technical support within the production department, with a particular emphasis on reviewing and troubleshooting the production finishing process. Key responsibilities include establishing finishing steps and delivering technical training on finishing techniques to both Ashley teams and factory personnel. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.  

The Product Developer is a key member of the Development Department, supporting Import Product Designers in various aspects such as furniture and vendor sourcing, material development, finish development, and new market samples. The role involves managing market samples at factory and organizing sample development materials, taking high-quality sample review photos, and maintaining all related data in the Concept Launch System to support the new product launching process.
